AuStrategies has considerable expertise in project managing community/ public consultation and social impact assessment and Directors have been involved in many major Environmental Impact Assessments/Studies (EIA/EIS), Impact Assessment Studies (IAS), Social Impast Assessment (SIA) and related projects over many years. Projects have generally involved public consultation on strategic and developmental issues, transport infrastructure as well as training in public consultation and strategies for community consultation.
We offer professional services and advice in designing and developing community/ public consultation and communication programs, project managing implementation of the programs and evaluating their effectiveness. We can also train organisational staff to develop skills in the many techniques and processes involved in this work.
